PREDICTION…HOUSING MARKET CRASH/OR MAJOR SLOWDOWN IN HOUSING MARKET DEMAND…January, 2016
To be totally honest I feel the silly heights or prices the housing market made in October, 2015 may not be reached this year. I believe by the 2nd half of this year we may see a real downturn in the housing market and the economy in general….good news for buyers, but not for sellers.

I feel if you want to sell your house the best time to do it is before June of this year. Energeticalky I see that you can still feel like you have sold your property for a good price …particularly February, April and May….
After that period I feel the energy changes and it becomes a buyers market…and I predict savvy buyer won’t be in such a hurry to purchase either…because the market may start to have more properties on the market than normal ….in some outer estates I feel the market can go down to as much as 15 percent ….

So if you want to sell do so before June, and if you are in the market to buy wait till June or there after as the red hot property market , will turn somewhat cold….Dec, 2016 looks particularly bad, for the property market
